CM Proposal AI · for agencies, consultants and freelancers
The proposal is due Friday. It is Thursday night.
Writing a good proposal costs most firms the better part of a working day, and the ones that matter get written when there is least time to write them. So they get rushed, or they get copied from the last one and quietly carry its mistakes forward.
CM Proposal AI takes a short questionnaire about the project and returns a complete, structured proposal: scope, phased timeline, a costed investment table, stated exclusions and next steps. Every section is yours to rewrite, and it exports as a branded PDF.
The worked example needs no account, no card and no email address.
How it works
Three steps, and the middle one is the only part that needs you at a keyboard for more than a minute.
01
Set your company up once
Name, logo, services, currency and payment terms live in a reusable profile. You never retype them, and every proposal inherits them.
02
Answer a short questionnaire
Client, situation, deliverables, timeline, budget and tone. Four steps with real questions, rather than a blank document and a cursor.
03
Edit, then export
The draft is a starting point. Change any section — including the prices and the phases — without regenerating the rest, then export a branded PDF.
The parts that are easy to miss
Anything can produce prose. These are the things that decide whether a document is safe to put in front of a client.
The total cannot disagree with its parts
The fee is calculated from the line items on the server, never taken from the browser. A total that contradicts its own breakdown is made structurally impossible rather than merely checked for — which matters, because that is the error that costs you credibility in front of a client.
Exclusions are written down
What is not included appears in the document, in plain words. Stating it up front is the cheapest way to prevent a scope argument in week six.
It uses the detail you give it
Mention that the client is worried about disruption during a busy period, and it shapes the approach and the phasing — not just a sentence. Naming a client's actual constraints is what separates a real proposal from a template.
Every section is editable
Prices, phases, deliverables, exclusions and closing steps are all changed in place. Moving one line does not mean regenerating the whole document and losing your edits.
Try it, then decide what you actually need
The public demonstration is a real, working version of the product. What it deliberately leaves out is the configuration that makes a system belong to one business — and that is what CM Solutions builds.

Questions worth asking
Is the proposal any good, or is it obviously written by a machine?
Judge it yourself before giving us anything — the worked example on the demonstration page is a genuine, unedited output from the same pipeline the product uses, not copy written to look impressive. It is a starting point rather than a finished document: the tone is yours to adjust, and every section is editable for that reason.
Do I have to sign up to see it work?
No. The worked example and its PDF are open to anyone. An email address is only asked for if you want the system to write a proposal for your own project, because each of those calls a frontier model at real cost and the demonstration would otherwise be drained by automated traffic.
What happens to what I type into the demonstration?
It is stored in an isolated database, visible only to your own account, and deleted after seven days along with the account and the address you signed up with. Please do not put confidential client information into a public demonstration; a system built for your business is configured separately for your own retention and security requirements.
Can it use my branding?
The product supports your logo, colour and payment terms on the exported PDF. The public demonstration deliberately does not — its exports carry a demonstration mark — because an unbranded document is the thing being demonstrated and a branded one is the thing being built.
Will it connect to our CRM and send the proposal?
Not in the demonstration, and not as an off-the-shelf switch. Raising a proposal from an opportunity, sending it from your own domain and writing the outcome back against the record is integration work against your systems and your permissions. It is exactly the kind of thing CM Solutions is engaged to build.
Is this a subscription?
No. CM Solutions designs and implements systems for businesses. The demonstration exists to show what one looks like when it is finished, so a conversation can start from something concrete rather than a capability deck.
Who is it for?
Agencies, consultancies, accountancy and professional services firms, and independent consultants — anyone who writes the same kind of proposal repeatedly, where the thinking is quick and the document is slow.
Start with the example. It takes about a minute.
If it is close to what your firm needs, the next conversation is about your branding, your pricing rules and the systems it should talk to — not about whether the idea works.
